A 170 mm diameter FE Dynamics bass-midrange driver and a 25 mm fmax tweeter are used in the Tempus series shelf speakers. An identical configuration enables a particularly well-balanced and homogeneous soundscape to be generated in combination with the other Tempus components. Despite its compact dimensions, the Tempus 33 is capable of reaching a low frequency of 33 Hz, while a housing consisting of E1-MDF panels ensures a low resonance performance. The upper frequency range extends to 45,000 Hz, which means the Tempus components are also ideally suited for playing high-resolution audio signals.

+ CLASSICAL, STYLISH APPEARANCE
+ BI-WIRING POSSIBLE
+ HIGH-QUALITY COMPONENTS
+ STRUCTURED, SPATIAL SOUND
"Magnat knows what is essential about speakers. This becomes obvious right from the beginning when listening to the speakers of the Tempus series and thus it is not surprising that the surround ensemble has almost completely convinced us. Considering their truly fair price combined with their spectacular sound it is easy to ignore some minor details like the speaker feet or the grille made of plastic – especially as one will anyway prefer to look into the wood-panelled face of the Tempus. Only substantially more expensive speakers will offer a tiny bit more plasticity. If you are not willing to pay some hundred Euros more for some subtleties of sound, you can buy Tempus speakers without hesitation. (...)"
